My favorite thing is seeing the look of pure joy on my clients face when I show them their hair transformed by extensions or color or both! Cancellation Policy
I understand plans change and appointments need to be rescheduled. I ask at least 48hrs. notice before the appointment time. After that 48hrs there will be a 50% of scheduled appointment amount charged. All no shows will be charged the full 100% of the appointment amount. Your card on file WILL NOT be charged except for if there is a cancelation less than 48hrs before appointment time or a complete no show. Anything past 20min late will be considered a no show and the appointment will be forfeit. If you need to reschedule please either use my booking site or contact me at 972-850-8638
